Please ensure you have your ticket with you when boarding the ferry (in printed form or on your mobile device).
We reserve the right to apply additional charges on-board if your ticket is not valid for your vehicle type.

All tickets expire one year after purchase unless otherwise stated. Tickets are strictly non-refundable if used, partially used or expired.

Terms & Conditions for All Commuter 10 Trip Return Ticket

10 trips from either port valid for XX days from time of 1st trip taken.
Valid for only one vehicle per sailing. Strictly non-transferable.

Ticket Information

Your ticket will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing your ticket online. This ticket may be printed at the time of purchase or at a later date when required. Your ticket will be scanned onboard the ferry on time of travel on your mobile device.

No reservations required but to avoid disappointment please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to ferry departure.

Do not leave your vehicle until the ticket collector has collected your fare and/or checked your ticket.
